❓ What does this add-on do?​

It hides album-owned media from the /media (Media Home) page in XenForo Media Gallery.
Only media directly uploaded to categories will appear.

🔢 Does it affect my per-page setting?​

No. Your configured “Media per page” (e.g., 24) is preserved.
Unlike earlier versions, v1.2.0 filters at the query level, so it always returns a full page.

📁 What pages does it affect?​

Only the main /media index (the Media Home page).
Album pages, category pages, and user media pages remain unchanged.

🔒 Does it hide albums or album lists?​

No — it only hides media items belonging to albums, not the album containers themselves.

🧩 Can I toggle it off?​

Yes.
ACP → Setup → Options → Media Gallery → Hide album media on Media index
Uncheck the option to restore default behavior.

🚀 How do I install or upgrade?​

  1. Upload the upload/ folder contents to your XenForo root.
  2. Go to ACP → Add-ons → Install/Upgrade AIXF - XFMG No Albums On Index.
  3. ACP → Tools → Rebuild caches → Rebuild class extensions.
